DESCRIPTION:
The project includes a study of design alternatives for the Toll Plaza, including the realignment of I-95 to facilitate the use of “highway speed” E-ZPass at the toll barrier. Work consists of design and ROW survey and mapping; pavement evaluation; development of a micro-simula- tion model for traffic flow; environmental studies for air, noise, asbestos assessment and visual impact assessment; and development of the Design Approval Document. BLA will provide Phases I-IV for the Final Design.
