DESCRIPTION:
BLA is currently designing the New York City “Signature Bridge” for the west side of Manhattan. During Preliminary Design, BLA studied alternatives, developed landscaping and architectural treatments, performed environmental studies including a NEPA checklist, cultural resources, hazardous waste/contaminated materials screening and asbestos assessment.
